I guess I am just going to start by listing my goals by the month. I hope that I’ll continue to add on to each one as the days (months / year…) goes by, but I want to start slow and make them all achievable. I just want them in writing so that I can hold myself accountable all year. So, here goes nothing!
1 – save $800 (total) by 1.31.19.
2 – BE.ON.TIME.
3 – track all of the food / drink that I consume.
4 – complete the Studio Torch unlimited challenge; 30 classes.
track daily workouts for the month
5 – have the internet bill paid off by February 1st.
6 – decrease my cell phone usage each week (from the weekly update on Sundays)
7 – go to church every week
